I've spent years working in and alongside early childhood classrooms, and I kept seeing the same thing: teachers doing their absolute best with tools that weren't working. Systems built on compliance, not connection.

That's why I created the BELONG™ framework — to give educators a new way of seeing children, understanding behavior, and building the kind of classrooms where every child truly feels like they belong.
